AFC Riverside have signed a new player to their squad. 27-year-old defender, Edgar Nunes joins the club as a free transfer, on its first overseas "expirience".
He will represent the club for the next 2 years. Plus 1 for objectives accomplishments.
"It's exciting, it's something new for the club and it's something new for me," said Mr Lawrence Etheridge.
Edgar Nunes who in last season played for União FC, comes to a foreign country to "restart" is carreer in football. "It's a step closer to one of the most important leagues in Europe, Premier League" he said.
"Coming here is like beeing reborn again. And having someone that believes in my work is refreshing."
However, he's still 27-years-old and AFC Riverside want to enjoy his best years of football, meaning that Edgar's new contract could expire in 2019 or even 2020.
